Terms of use

To use the app you need an account, which you can create in the app with your email address; the same account works in FacetBrowser on your computer. You must give a valid email address, keep your password safe, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. The app itself is free; nothing is sold inside it.

Use the app lawfully and in line with the terms of the websites you visit. Do not use it to break the law, to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, to commit fraud, to send spam or to infringe anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the proxies you use and must have the right to use them. We may suspend accounts that are used against these terms.

The app, its name, design and software belong to the developer and its licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. Websites you open in the app belong to their owners.

We work to keep the app useful and available, but we may change, update or stop it, or any feature, at any time. Updates may be needed to keep using it. Some features need an internet connection; your mobile carrier’s charges, including roaming, are your responsibility.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a website or proxy will work in it, or that your session data will always sync.

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, accounts or profits, arising from your use of the app, websites you visit or proxies you use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app’s settings. If these terms end, you must stop using the app.
